Laser sensor LNC60
The new LNC60 laser head is capable of on-the-fly centering of 6 components simultaneously. A variety of different nozzles can be attached at the same time, decreasing the nozzle change time. This sensor has the unique ability to center components from 01005 to 33.5 mm square parts. From ultra small, ultra thin, chip-shaped parts to small QFP, CSP, BGA,a wide range of components can be mounted at high-speed and with high accuracy.

Vision centering technology
Centering method can be selected based on component type, shape, size and mterial. Laser centering is used for high speed placement of smaller components. Vision is used when lead or ball inspection is needed or when the component is too large for the laser. Many nozzles are available for odd-shaped components providing unsurpassed component handling.

High through-put and precise component centering
The FX-2 is equipped with two 6-nozzle LNC60 laserheads driven by two independent linear motors that create both high speed and precise positional accuracy. 
The LNC60 brings a new concept in laser centring to the market. This sensor has the unique ability to centre components from 01005 (inch) to 33.5mm square parts. From ultra-small, ultra-thin, chip-shaped parts to small QFPs, CSPs, BGAs, a wide range of parts can be mounted by the laser recognition system at high-speed and with high-accuracy.

High-speed, high-accuracy mounting
The new FX-3 Super High-speed Mounter features two placement stations, each with two head beams. The mounter is equipped with the new and high precision laser alignment system exclusive to JUKI.

With a total of 24 nozzles and 120 single 8mm tape feeders the machine reaches a speed of 60'000 cph (0.06 sec/chip) according to the IPC9850 standard. The new super mounter places components from 01005 to 33.5 mm and allows a maximum board size of 410x360 mm on the L, 510x360 mm on the L-wide and 610x510 mm on the XL model. 3. Feeders


 

Tape Feeder

 
  Cast main body and three positioning pins result in superior pick accuracy. No hoses or wires to connect make changing this feeder a simple operation. Applicable are tape reels and adhesive tape reels which conform to the EIAJ standards. Tape Feeders are available in 8 to 72 mm sizes.
  

 ATF Feeder

 

Spliceable feeder for emboss and paper tape. The ATF feeder is based on the same technology than the standard tape feeder an available for 8mm to 24mm tape. The 12mm, 16mm, 24mm have a deeper emboss ditch which makes effective response to large capacitor. Furthermore, as for the 24mm feeders, large package for BGA is available for "AF24FS-OP".

Stick Feeder

A stick feeder is driven by belt without requiring any power or air supply. It feeds any ordinary SOP, SOT and PLCC which are packaged in stick form. Due to the various possibilities of adjusting the size of the lane, the feeder can easily be adapted to many different component types. Call your Juki Automation Systems office or local distributor for handling of special components supplied in sticks.

 Bulk Feeder

 
  A bulk feeder dispenses components which are stored in a bulk case, using a unique rotary positioning mechanism to position and orient components and feed them to the pick-up position using a stainless steel belt. Available for Chips of 0402 to 0805 sizes. 

Belt Feeder

A belt feeder accepts components packaged in stick form and presents them to the placement machine head. A variety of feeder widths and lane configurations are available.

Deep Pocket Feeder

With the new FTFR feeders the focus was set on a larger pocket depth. Now pockets of up to 25mm can be processed over the 32 to 56mm feeders. A number of mechanical improvements not only increase the ease of use, but also enhance the feeding stability as well as the pick position accuracy.

IC Collection Belt

  The IC Collection Belt collects components whose leads or balls are found bent, skewed or damaged by the VCS. The feed pitch can be user defined.

Feeder Calibration Kit

 
 

With the help of the Feeder Calibration Kit the customer can adjust and calibrate misaligned and older feeders.
